PROJECT
This is a milled out UT Tyler logo that we made using a code through auto-cad and many other forms of design software and had it recoded to work in an automatic milling machine which produced this very intricate design in the wood.

PROJECT
this Picture is of a 3'x4' floor plan drawing of a plant that I designed for my plant layout class. It features an office area for orders to be taken in along with a shop floor for producing galvanized roofing on a massive yet very cost efficient scale.

PROJECT
This a bottle that we made in polymer processing to show how the blow mold process produces bottles such as Coca Cola and Pepsi products. We added small pellets into a machine melted them down and pressurized the cavity to push the bottle out into a mold.

PROJECT
I made this cannon in lean production using the processes that most large manufactures use in order to put out a finely finished metal product. We started with a piece of raw cylindrical aluminum along with a raw block and milled each piece to a specific specification.

PROJECT
This Foosball table was produced using many commonly know wood working practices in my manufacturing processes class. We started with raw unfinished wood and created this really cool scale model of a Foosball table.
